Rose is one of my favourite aphrodisiacs that’s known to help us reconnect with our sensuality, and devotion while maintaining healthy boundaries. Rose has the incredible gift of guiding us deep into our heartspace and reminding us of who we truly are.

My prayer with this beautiful oil is that it helps us slow down, be mindful, and remind ourselves of what is truly important. Especially if we find ourselves lacking clarity.

HOW TO USE:

This oil is great as a ritual, or as a daily practice. How we use our products and medicine is often determined by our intention. So first, connect with your intention and why you felt called to use this oil.

RITUAL:

If ritual and self-love/connect with your partner is your intention, maybe light a candle, put some soft music on, add a little bit of oil to your hands, and massage slowly. I always love calling on the spirit of whatever plant I'm working with. I find their presence adds so much magic and medicine to the ritual. This is a simple ritual, and truly potency lies in your authenticity. Listen to your intuition and see where the plant guides you.

DAILY PRACTICE:

Apply a pea-size amount to the palm and massage where and when necessary.
