FALL HERBAL BOX:

•4oz Herbal Iron Tonic Syrup

Yellow Dock Root, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Nettle Leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Hawthorn Berries, Schisandra Berries, Astragalus Tincture (for preservation), Honey, Molasses

This is a jam-packed herbal iron tonic with fresh roots and berries (other than schisandra and astragalus) from PEI.

•2oz Sage Ginger Oxymel (Apple Cider Vinegar +Honey)

Fresh garden grown sage and fresh ginger infused in Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey. So many ways to use oxymels.

My personal favourite ia taking by the dropperful. This oxymel is specifically helpful for respiratory conditions and sore throats.

You can use it as salad dressing as is or add it to a bit of olive oil. Yum!

You can also add to water by itself or add in other tinctures and tonics to make yourself a potent herbal tonic!!

•Sage Infused Finishing Salt

Sage was/is my favourite herb to work and make medicine with this season. It was my first time growing it and I had so much fun! This finishing salt is divine. I’ve been roasting so many vegetables adding this at the end 👌🏼🌿😋 Truthfully, I’ve just been adding to all of my meals! THIS is what I love about some herbs… they are good and medicine. 

•Seasonal Herbal Tea

I grew and dried more herbs than ever this year and I’m completely honoured to share these with you. Tea is my absolute favourite form of herbal medicine and this seasons blend will likely be something along the lines of:

Nettle leaf, Raspberry Leaf, Anise Hyssop, Tulsi, Calendula and Rose (subject to change)

This season's tincture will be a blend of nervous system tonics to help rebuild, nourish and strengthen your nervous system.

•Herbal Bath Salt Blend

Garden grown and ethically gathered seasonal herbs blended with Epsom salts.
