Cha Dao or “The Way of Tea” is an elemental dance between the sacred and the mundane. It’s a devotional practice that beautifully blurs the lines between what is ceremony, and what is not ceremony. We gather together to share the moment in deep presence, stillness, and connection.
Tea (Camellia sinensis) is a graceful, compassionate and strong (yet subtle) plant teacher that when approached with humility, respect, and honour can guide us deeper into true alignment, with ourselves and nature. Even after 5 years of devoted daily practice, Emily is still in awe at how this beautiful practice continues to weave transformational changes into her everyday life.
