Patience, Practice, Presence, and Perspective

These four words keep coming up for me. I am in the midst of a major death/birth cycle. In the inbetween. So unsure of what is coming, and not at all what I used to be. This happens to all of us. We haven't been taught the tools to navigate times like these so when people these days find them shifting identity, having ego deaths, or just changing as a person but having no clue who or what they are changing into it can be quite the crisis. It's hard. But it's growth. When we ask to grow, when we ask to become the best possible version of ourself it means we need to understand who we are now, we need to look at whats blocking us from Being the bigger and stronger embodiment. And that isn't easy. Because usually it means shadow work. Usually it means looking at the parts of ourself that we really don't want to admit exist within us; but ultimately free us, when looked at. This is the process I am working through these days, and I am so grateful that i've been here before, that I can understand from a higher perspective what's actually going on. And though I understand what's happening, and know that I honestly wouldn't change it for the world because THESE days of working so hard, and going through the ringer is creating the foundation of what is being born, it doesn't make it easier.

So my mantras are:

Patience - because clarity takes time.

Practice - showing up everyday.

Presence - with the situation that i'm being face with.

Perspective - kind of like the Hanged Man card in the Tarot. It's time to flip my whole perspective upside down, inside out, and look at it from a whole new, never before experience angle. And there are many ways to do this.

In remembering and reminding myself everyday of these four words I can surrender to the Now. To the Right Here. Even if the pain is here, even if the confusion is here I trust that I am enough in the moment. Because I am doing my best. And if I am doing my best, than this is enough, is perfect, and it's okay. More than okay.

Expansion, growth, letting go, diving deep, embodying a more authentic self, and the journey towards wholeness isn't easy. But it's an HONOUR to be on this path. It's an honour to know and feel what's available to us. It's a gift to be offered the opportunity of travelling this sacred path of Self. Thank you for walking this path with me. Thank you for showing up for yourself. Thank you for reading. And remember, no one has it figured it out. We are all just doing our best, from where we are, with what we have.
