I have just successfully completed 365 consecutive days of my Kundalini Yoga Meditation practice. I can’t tell you how proud of myself I am. I didn’t set out to do 1 year of this practice. I set out to accomplish just 40 days. After 40 days I set the intention to reach 90 days, then after 90 I wanted to reach 120. In Kundalini Yoga they say:

It takes 40 days to break a habit

90 days to create a new habit

120 days to BECOME the habit

1000 days and you MASTER the habit

120 days and you are the habit; 1,000 days you are Master of it.”

Once I reached the 1 year mark I felt the call to set out to break another old habit while creating a new one. Health is a topic that is ALWAYS on my radar and one that I am forever learning about. I read and research so much about health but no program or protocol has proved as successful as listening to my own body and heart. This means it could change weekly, daily, monthly, or seasonly. But I DO have my pillars.

My intention for this workshop is to share my practice and pillars of Radiant Health with you and hopefully be a guide for you to create YOUR OWN protocol by intuitively listening to what is best for YOUR body.

Our bodies are SO intelligent. They will tell us exactly what we need.

My intention is to not say one way is the only way because I fully believe that everyBODY is different. That just because one diet or health regime works for someone doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.

As i’ve been exploring health for the past almost 10 years I have come to the conclusion that NO ONE can tell us the right way. Only listening deeply to our bodies, hearts and intuition will show us the way. I have realized that health can be so fun, light hearted, and creative. It really isn’t about punishing, forcing, hating or breaking ourselves. Radiant Health is truly a prayer and ritual of self love.

how will the course look and what do you need?

  • All you need is a wifi connection, 10-30 minutes a day, a willingness to shift your life, and a JOURNAL.

  • A lot of this workshop will entail journalling as there will be many journal prompts and questions to journal about.

  • This is a fully online workshop.

  • This workshop doesn’t ask too much from you. You get out what you put in, and in my experience, a little bit each day is much better than ALOT only once in a while.
